Sony Vaio Some stuff you might want to know:
We're using the fantastic (and miniature) Sony Vaio PCG-C1XN Picturebook to do all this with; it's got a great built-in video/still camera. Also an HP M820 CD Writer (it's tiny as well), a PCMCIA Modem/Lan card, and just about everything from Microsoft, Adobe and Macromedia...
Additionaly, bought in Hong Kong, a Sony MiniDV HandyCam. Hooks directly to the Vaio via firewire interface for full PAL DV editing.
